Returning an Order
Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. We are happy to assist you with this.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
How to Return?
Would you like to return an item? Please send an e-mail within the 14 days period to:
merchandise@saileventpartners.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
You will receive a return form and the return address from us. Please include the form with your return shipment. Note that we only accept products in their original condition and packaging. Products with signs of use will not be accepted for return.
Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. We recommend that you pack your return carefully and use a traceable shipping method.
Refund
After receiving your return, you will receive a full refund (including any standard shipping costs) within 14 days. We may wait to process the refund until we have received the product.
